I got a contract phone a couple months ago. It's a k700i Sony Ericcson, T-Mobile.
I'm a little scared of my monthly bills as I can imagine it won't be long before I get a nasty bill that will give me heart failure. So I got my phone unlocked today and went to put my o2 genie sim card in.
I tried to send a text but I'm still waiting for the other person to recieve it.
I am NOT happy
I am hoping to go to o2 shop to find out what they will do.. But wondering can I still complain, considering I started my contract with T-Mobile and not O2?

But was asking can I still go to o2, complain about their bad network, even though my contract is originally with T-Mobile?!
