Cracked feet

As some of you know, I spend 90% of my day walking the streets wearing boots and thick socks.
Over the last few months the skin on the sides of my feet has started peeling, rapidly, with lots of small dots underneath the skin, that if pierced with a pin weep a clear fluid.
It doesn't itch or hurt but it seems to be spreading.

I've tried E45 and some German herbal stuff that supposedly works but it doesn't.

Any ideas before I trudge to the doctors?
I do have very dry skin, so maybe it's linked?
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

Make sure your boots aren't too tight too.

E45 is good for simple dry skin, but if it's blistering and not healing up then you should probably see your GP.

Lotil is supposedly good for cracked skin.
