    giving a bj is the same as giving head. its just another name for it. basically the shaft is the main part of the penis, and the head is the bit at the top, above where the foreskin is/was before circumcision. there's proboably some pictures or diagrams on that site, ive not had a look, i just remember someone recommending it, coz there's a female equivalent (www.the-clitoris.com for those who are interested!)
