I'm halfway there with my item. All I need to know is should i tell any people out there that the earphones are slightly scratched? I don't want to send it away and have them complain because i didn't say.

    yes, you have to describe the item exactly otherwise the buyer can quite rightly ask for a refund.

    I'd say something like

    blah de blah fantastic thingy with super dooper bits and pieces. Headset has slight scratches but works perfectly.
