how can i reduce it?

im not circumcised and my skin does retract over, just not without a bit of loosening up (hate having girth :p)

its just really sensitive underneath, only thing i can think of removing some of the head's sensitivity is to just like rgulary rub the surface (in a non-mastabority way)

any other long term suggestions?

what about those condoms that are supposed to make you last longer, theyve got a tiny bit of local anaesthetic in them i believe.

Durex Performa i think they are. Iv tried them out but to be honest they dont really work for me.

They have a bit of hard fluid at the tip thats meant to melt and numb you up but i dont see the difference from that and Extra Safe.

it's a local anaesthetic. and it is quite effective, but takes a few minutes to kick in, so the best thing to do is not go hell for leather as soon as you've put it on.

Generally not banging away straight away is a good idea for stamina anyway.

    Take your time gentlemen...

I know its not exactly fashionable at the moment but have you considered wearing pants that keep it all in place rather than boxers for instance. It would help prevent instances of it moving around and getting all sensitive just by walking around.
