i'm taking advantage of the piss-poor dollar rate am, and buying a lot of my clothes from US sellers on ebay.

any suggestions? recommendations? what's your favourite US shop/brand?

    on ebay? nope. the people i deal with mark it as a gift and put the value down as $10 :heart: no import tax at all. oh happy day.

    i've already saved hundreds on the stuff i've bought, but i'm running out of stuff to search for, and the clothes category is too vast to just browse.

    there is also Abercrombie & Fitch(i dont buy clothes there and I have no idea if you have it there), American Eagle, Old Navy, Gap. (i dont shop at those places but they have popular clothes there that are pretty cheap)

    I'm not sure if these ones will be on ebay but here are some brands I like....

    C & C California
    Le Tigre
    Petro Zillia
    French Kitty (girlie shirts that are cheap)
    James Perse (has amazing shirts!)
    Michael Stars (also known for the shirts)

    Zac Posen is a well known new designer who has amazing dresses/gowns.

    i actually got some paper denim & cloth jeans the other day. came to just under £25 including shipping. they sell them over here for anywhere between £100 and £150 :eek2: brand new too, labels on and everything.

    hollister and a&f were already on my list - their trousers fit me better than any UK brand, and SOOOO cheap. ahh.

    Wow, Hollister <333 Just lived in that shop over the summer and now, live in their clothes. In the house. not outside as I'd freeze my ass off. Their t shirts and jeans and skirts and and and....

    I cry thinking about it....

    hollister and abercrombie...

    LOVE!!!

    abercrombie is the preppy/vintage look
    and hollister is a little bit more of the surfer look
    but they're still both very very similar...

    i also love guys in express... and jcrew, and banana republic... (these websites are in the other post)

    i love the vintage look, or the really clean cut look... (express, jcrew, banana are the clean cut look)

    That Urban Outfitters men's stuff is horrible!

    Especially the shoe wear :yuck:

    So please, TheSite fashion Gurus...help me find some nice stuff on urbanoutfitters especially:

    * Woolen jumpers/cardigans
    * Shoewear. Baring in mind I'm loving my white K-Swiss with the red stripes :)
    * Stylish Jeans of modern.
