Not sure whether this should be here or in the Drugs forum.
This morning my little cousin (she's 17) was found in her bedroom unconscious after taking an overdose. She's now recovering in hospital.
To be honest I've never really taken an interest in her even though she is close family. After this I guess I feel I should speak to her more, get to know her better and maybe try and help her out with what she is going through.
The trouble is I really just don't know where to start? Has anyone had similar experiences or can offer any advice? I'm really bad with sensitive things like this.
