guys, I'm so tired, and have such a hardcore nasty day. I've got a proper full day, 9am tutorial and a 5pm lecture, with an hour for lunch in the middle there somewhere.
Starting at 9 and finishing at 6 is nasty unfair. I need hugs people! Help me!

Bloody students! Wait till you get out in to the real world.
Up at 7am. Shaved. Showered. Dressed. Breakfast. Out the door at 7:30am.
At work for 8am. Work till 6pm. Lucky to have a half hour lunch break.
Home for 6:30pm. Dinner. Spend some time with the kids. Take the dog for a walk. Clean up.
Finally sit down at about 8pm just in time to crash out on the sofa.
*hugs* though.
Yesterday I left my house at 5.30 in the morining to go to a site in Plymouth and got back just after 9 at night.
Everyday I do at least 12 hours.
.
...but we work all day. You just dos around until 7.
.
I don't mean to sound mean, but that's little.
If the teachers weren't on a strike today, this is what my schedule would be like (same as every other tuesday)
6am: Wake up for breakfast etc.
7am: Catch a bus, a train and another bus to go to uni.
8am to 4pm: 4 lectures, with only a 15-minute break between every two hours.
5-7pm: "Lab" work
about 8pm: Back at home
How does 9 to 6 beat 6 to 8?
oo and
/me slaps jake0 around a bit with a hardcore packed engineering timetable and notes.
How does 9 to 6 beat 8 to 7?
You don't live in halls do you? Because if you're competing with me on the amount of sleep had, you'll lose. I'm honestly not terribly interested. I woke up this morning feeling shit, my timetable is really harsh on it's own, not to mention the amount of work I have to do outside of lectures and with other commitments such as training.
Thing is, there are people with worse time schedules than you (even if I'm not one). I hope you get used to it soon. Isn't there anything you can do to adjust better/sooner?
Probably when the timetables change
yeah, new semester new timetable. Rubbish! I hope I can get to training more often with it though.
totally felt like doing that today.
but we're babysitting my nephew atm, so going to work is the easy option. jaysus. if you want a tough schedule, look to the mums. my brother's girlfriend hasn't had a day off in 3 years.
every mon, wed, fri, i have classes from 1030-230.. then i have work from 3:45 pm - 2:30 am... sometimes 3 am...
every tues, thurs, i have work frim 10:45 am to 4:20 pm, then class from 5-7...
every sat, sun, i work from 2:45 pm - 2:30 am, sometimes 3am...
but fiend... i give you a HUGEEEEEEE hug....
:::give fiend a humungo hug:::

OMG I LOVE my timetable.
And right now I am so behind in Art it's not funny, I have about 10 years of stuff to do TONIGHT.
