and theres problems this year with the machines registering the wrong votes as its touch screen, and access to voting being harder in poorer more densely populated area which happen to be democrat areas strangely, and the connections going down etc etc

The issue here is fraud. First past the post doesn't matter here, because the Republicans commited fraud.
Fraud = illegal.
Illegal= against the law.
