I have heard in the past of numerous women on this site talking about how worried they were about losing their virginity. They were worried they might start bleeding, or that it would hurt, for example. However, I just wanted to get an idea on this: Reverse the scenario. Are men scared of losing their virginity?
I ask this being a man myself. I've never done it before. I've never got round to it. I've never even had a girlfriend, or even kissed anyone. Frankly, the idea of having sex terrifies me. I don't understand it. I wasn't abused as a chld or anything. I worry that a woman will be disappointed, or that I won't be able to perform or that I won't be able to keep an erection, or if I can satisfy the woman I'm in bed with.

Good point, Aimz. Trouble is though, I'm not in love with anyone at the moment. I'm not in a relationship. You can see exactly what situation I'm in by checking my "Depressed and Lonely" thread in the Health section, but I so want to meet someone and start sharing my life with them. I'm a total romantic, but this single life is so sexually frustrating. And for men, there aren't many sex toys we can use. Or are there? I don't know.
As for the first time nerves, yes, it can be nerve racking, I know my first time was.
I guess you just have to meet someone you trust and then take it slowly, not expecting to just jump right on in.
