    Ive gotta say that numbers 2 and 3 and maybe even 4 i would include all as the same level dont see them as any bigger deals than each other. As for me putting female oral last im not quite sure why...im just not as comfortable with it as the others! :)

    OK my list would have each one of them included about 5 times each!I think appropiate times for removing clothing is important too-
