Nocturnal Choking

This is when you awake not being able to breath isn't it? I get this kind of thing but I'm not sure of away to stop it, I think it maybe to do with Acid Relux I have.

Ideas?

    From what I know it's a form of sleep paralysis I think, but I know that you can get it when you suffer from a thing called GERD.

    I'll just speak to my doc I again, gotta see him next week any way. :)

    might just be a stress type thing though

    I think it is prolly to do with stress. I don't get it offten but the other day I was worrying about something a little to much and I think it happened then. Also only seems to happen when I sleep on my back. Who knows, I'll ask my doc.
