hey, I'm trying my best to get into connexions chat and it's not working. The page won't load. I'm using netscape, is that why? IE doesn't work on my pc. Sorry it's in the wrong forum, kinda urgent.

Help needed and appreciated.

    nope, don't have a firewall.

    The pop up box is opening, and there are three parts to it. Occassionally the part on the right loads but the rest doesn't.

    it's there, I'm not entirely sure what a java applet is, but I think it might be.
