Help - sleeping

I was ment to bring this up today with the nurse but I've got to wait till tomorrow now but I'm having sevre pains from my operation and the painkillers aren't effective so I find it hard to sleep,

any thing I could do for tonight to help me sleep untill i speak to the nurse tomorrow

any help would me much appriciated.

    Do something that makes you tired mentally-maybe that will help? I'm not sure tho cus of the pain. Hope you manage some sleep tho matey! :)

    I have some Malatonin if you want to buy it.

    It's banned now but basically it sends your brain the message to secrete sleeping hormones. lol..
