Twitch under right eye

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
You heard me!

It's been twitching for about 36 hours now on and off, when I say off I mean maybe it doesn't twitch for 15 mins or something, apart from that it's non stop !!

When I woke this morning it had stopped and I thought it had gone.. but no joy, 1 hour later it starts again..

:(

Help !

It will go on it's own, try gentle rubbing it.

I sometimes get that, is it like a heart beat?

I don't normally get mine for that long, and sometimes I get it in an arse cheek or somewhere weird like that.

I used to have this going on and off every day for at least a month a few years ago. I'm not sure what could be causing it, maybe lack of sleep? Whatever it is, it might take long but it will go away.

Avoid computer screens and get some good sleep.

Are your glasses prescriptions up to date?

Eye strain, pure and simple. Usually caused by sitting at the computer for too long, watching TV for too long and being tired. In a lot of cases taking a break from the above will help but sometimes your eyes are telling you to get checked at the optitians because you're likely to need a prescription. :)

    2 days and it's cleared.

    Couldn't sleep = stressed
    Couldn't avoid PC's = Work on a helpdesk

I don't wear glasses but my vision aint what it used to be - maybe I should get them tested?

Aint had it done for about 10 years - work will pay too, silly me.
