    You don't have to be 16 to get it, unless I'm very very misinformed.

    Can't help with the other one.

    danke for that, i've been informed though that my family and the pill doesn't work very well, so i might not try it..

    The pill works 99% well, so im not sure where your family are coming from. You dont have to be 16.

    you do not need to be 16, no.

    the best one for me will not necessarily be the best one for you. everyones different. the doctor will probably try you on one for 3 months, see how you are doing with that one and if you are not happy with it try a different one. for me it was alot of trial and error and in a 3 month period was on 3 different brands.

    Just to back up what they have said, in the UK you do not have to be 16 but elsewhere it may be different, and your GP/ nurse can talk you though which pill will be best for you, and how to take it correctly... although again it can be trial and error.
