restricting internet use

Basically someone's been using my computer "for his emails" while his connections gone down but low and behold he tends to wander off and look at his sports pages and happened to wander onto the site as well (teach me not to clear my history).

I need to find a way that makes it so that you cannot use internet explorer without a password if possible as i have broadband and i need to still allow him to use outlook so anything to do with connection is out. Is there something in the security settings that allows me to make it authorised access only?

Why not just make a new user account for him and password yours?

You could do this if you have one of the NT based operating systems, but you would have to create another user for your friend and disallow access to internet explorer to that user.

Try www.download.com, they've usually got tools for that sort of thing about :)
