sunburnt!!

Oh my god!! :eek:

i've just realised how sunburnt i got this afternoon. I didn't realise it was so hot and sunny while I was out at all or else I'd have put suncream on cos I burn really easily.

Anyone got any idea how to make it fade quickly cos at the moment I'm really red and it's very sore :confused:

    pop down to an all night chemist.. quicker you get some less chance of damage n hurting less,

    I've been inside all day so I don't know how hot it was..

    take a hot shower, it will bring about peeling faster.
    also, use lots of moisturiser, and if you have any, aloe vera gel.

    If you haven't got any after sun treatment, then at least put some moisturiser on it when it shows the first signs of peeling. It'll calm down the itching.
