dull skin

i have quite dull skin i was just wondering what foods if there is any that could help give me a healthy glow maybe i need to spend a bit of time in the sun but i'm sure i've heard of food that can help.

    I've seen vitamins that are aimed at hair or nails or skin. I saw them in Avon, but maybe you could have a look in Boots or Superdrugs too. Using a face scrub will remove dead skin cells and make your skin look healthier. Dull skin could also be down to not getting enough sleep.

    I take vitamin C, becuase i have the same problem, and iron tablets :)

    Get a empty spray bottle and spritz your face with equal parts of cold water and witch hazel. Finish that off with some tinted moisturizer. I would suggest not doing face masks more than once a week (if you even do them) because they cause your skin to flake. :thumb:
