is it only me that thinks that the timing of deep impact (bbc 1 last night) couldn't have been more perfect?
i sat and cryed the whole way though it, i don't do that with any other life, i actually laughed when bambi's mother died, how heartless am i?
there's something about that film that just touches my soul and makes me cry my heart up.
any other films that make you do that?

Though the one that hurt me the most, not so that I'd cry but just feeling so angry and bitter was with The Magdalene Sisters
Now that really opened my eyes as I can be so niave it's unbelievable -
wow that film does look powerful
Sorry, what film are you talking about??
god i was so tired when i was writting that, sorry. i was talking about deep impact, i'll just edit the first post. sorry!
Is that a thing about comets??
Er ..... I`m more likely to cry with laughter at a film cause I love comedy, but... I always used to cry at the end of Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence and Once Were Warriors.
When I was 5 I cried at the end of King Kong when he died.
Especially the last scene with this "cute" little droid trying to tend a forest with a battered watering can.
It was, so upsetting yet lift me so angry, knowing that kind of thing really happened.
But I cry at every film. I'm such a girl.
say no more.
that is the only movie i have ever cried at.
 that too poor simba.
Have to admit that had me teary eyed as well when I watched it with my mum, as she got the video for her birthday few years ago - :crying:
Ahh.... I just turn all soppy when I watch these films - So Sad :crying:
also Armagedon, which ive seen twice and cried both times...
I've seen that. Doesn't he get savaged by bees or something?
yeppo, thats right! he was allergic to them!
But if we're talking real sobs, Sophie's Choice, The Power Of One, Schindlers List, (funkyone, I can only watch it once every five years or so!).....
And crying with laughter - Withnail and I! Funniest film in the history of cinema, and this from not much of a Richard E Grant fan!
