how do i go about selling a house on the internet ...or advertising it?
the house is:
imaculate inside and out.
beautiful large garden with dove cote. 2acres grazing land. brand new stables for six donkeys/horses. workshop. two static caravans with all ameneties. stands in own grounds. parking for half a dozen motors on gravell drive.
double glazed throughout. oil central heating.
large kitchen with attatched utility room. living room. dinning room. downstairs granny flat to one side with bathroom and kitchen.
six bedrooms. with bathroom upstairs.
500yrds from beach.
in beautiful barmouth ...mid wales.
spectacular property in spectacular area.

this is my sister in laws house.
divorce forcing sale.

if interested theres also a thriving beach business. donkeys trampolines swing boats.
where would i advertise this on the net?

    You could try selling it via your local yellow paper, its free online or if you phone up and place the booking.

    it's up localy but the estate agents in wales are mostly a dodgy bunch and trying to get any of them to advertise it nationaly costs a friggin arm and a leg!

    mid wales coast ...Barmouth near porth madoc. near harlech.

    Wow! Well, I'll talk to my Uncle - he's planning on moving (never stays put) and says his (four floor) house it too small! for him, his wife and their 2 year old.

    this is a very nice house very nice place. the two caravans get booked through the season at four hundred pounds a week each. self contained. so you just take their money and give them a key and then leave them to it ...no bother or effort.
    such a shame it has to go she's worked bloody hard to have such a home but her husband has turned into a right bastard.
    working on the beach is like working in the dessert ...10 hour days ...i think the sun has baked his brains.
