i jus recerntly had sex with my bf, well it wasn't proper sex if u get me, it was more of a few practice pokes, but is it instinct to know what to do because i really didn't know what the hell i was supposed to do. and does sex (like everything else) get better with more time and practice? anybodys views on this mater would be apreciated, thank you, xx

    but in answer to your question..... yes it does get better, practice makes perfect..... and I think instinct does come into it a lot, and you will both find your natural rythm..... alternativly there is the option of view porn for tips! ;)

    I know how you feel. When you read stuff like this on problem pages, etc, they always say "you'll just know what to do naturally", and you worry that you won't be like that.

    If your boyfriend's in the same position (pardon the pun) as you, and isn't very experienced, then you've both got each other to "learn" with. If he IS experienced, then let him take the lead and just blag your way through it. But don't worry that you're expected to be perfect first time, I'm sure he's worrying just as much as you. Just relax, you'll be fine :)
