my mate keeps asking me where she can buy some aromatheapy kits, like the oils etc

any ideas

    Boots, other chemists, health food stores... actually I've found health food stores to be the best because the staff are better qualified to advise on what is best for what.

    neils yard is good, and culpeppers as well.

    lavender is great for relaxing/calmng/sleeping stuff. and it's one of the safest i think as well.
