recently i've started going to the gym again, and by recently, i mean like two days ago. I have also been doing a lot of my dancing recently which has probably helped, but what i wanted to ask was...

does anyone know the average time it takes to become all muscular?! I know it sounds weird, but i've just noticed how my biceps have all of a sudden got really muscley (sp?!), is it because i've been working out today and they're just all pumped up temporarily, or is it because im some hot muscular bitch?

weird i know, but i am quite interested...

    I guess it depends totally on how much excess you have to loose and what type of exercise your doing.

    Probably be a couple of weeks before you notice serious changes though. Pushing your body too hard to change isnt good for it.
