Alright, this has to be my third bout of Candida - Thrush - within the last three months.
I want to take Canesten Once, however on the back it says do not use if you've had more than two attacks in the past three months.
Would it matter if I took it anyways? It's just that it's doing my tits in ;(
I'm gonna try natural yoghurt and see if that induces natural bacteria in my gina, meantime.
