... have given me £200 to say "sorry" for misprinting a dispensing label telling me to take 5x more Prozac a day than I'm meant to.

Be warned if you shop at Boots...

    Human error. It happens.

    I've worked in Boots, and it's sometimes pretty much impossible to read what doctors scrawl on prescription forms.

    Your doctor should have explained to you how to take your prescription.

    Can't say I'm surprised.

    Most pharmacies leave the medication notes inside the packet, but I've found on several occasions that Boots don't, as they seem to make their own packets up.

    That and teh sneerign attitude I receive every time I go and get my prescription from Boots means I will never ever shop there again. Superdrug is much a) better and b) cheaper.
