acne scars - any solutions ?

hi
although my skin is clearing up (no more spots coming out) i still hav lots of red dots and scars from where spots were. Does anyone know of anything that gets rid of these?

    There are some threads on scars in general that might help, but Vitamin E is quite good.

    There's also a type of medication you can get if they're really bad. My ex boyfriend took it, but he either gave up, or was going to give up, because it made his lips really, really painfully dry; like he couldn't stand them to be touched or anything.
