i love my car. sure, i say i hate it, but its good to me. in some ways. i was driving and the gas meter thingy was hanging way below E. Its not the first time its been like that (probably about the 100th time actually) and it wont be the last. but i drive it anyways. that way below E got me 5 miles to a gas station. It always does. sure it leaks oil and it only gets me 25 miles to the gallon, sure its huge and ugly and fucking periwinkle in color. yes, it has been taken to the shop more times than most other cars, the back speakers may not work, it makes a chirping sound... all the fucking time. it shakes when i start goign after a stop light (kinda like how it would if you had a manual and it wasn't in the right gear) but ya know what, it never runs out of gas. ever. i once drove it three days with it below E but it still was there for me

i just want to share. every day i call it a fucking ugly pile of shit and i wish it would just die on me. i tell it that if i had a can of gas and a match that it would be history. sometimes i tell it that i will run it into firehydrant and give it the ending of my first car. but i dont, cuz theres just a part of me that knows its ok.

I managed to get the Fourtrak from Ayr to Kilmarnock on an "empty" diesel tank last week. Dad wasn't too happy that I'd forgotten to fill the thing up, but at least it lasted until we got to the petrol station.

and g, as i think Kermit it was who called it, it is a "yank tank" which scarily does fit it quite properly. its a 93 plymouth acclaim in perriwinkle with matching interior *gags at the visual thought of my car* :/

STFU about what car she should get. She obviously loves her pile of ugly shit which could easily be replaced with a car that is actually worth the petrol that goes in it.......

no. ya'll are missing the point. new cars, fancy cars, sporty cars... any car that is driven in the british land... not for me. why would i want a new car when i have just worn my heart on my sleave about my car. why have a nice car like everybody else. is there something wrong with big ugly cars? apperantly, if you have read my original post, there is not. can you put a "picked last in gym class" bumper sticker and "anal" written in lipstick on any old car? maybe, but it wouldn't look as cool if you didn't put it on this car... my car.

obviously i do not care about cars that much as this was my first car... geo metro as it was in red, 95 too. but the a/c never worked, and the only one speaker worked...

Of course. It's the only way people can get entry to his pad.. which is not open to all people. Only friends and family.

I'm with you on this one my_name!! I used to love my automatic ford fiesta that cut out at every junction. Gave it character I think. I bought it for £50 as a non runner from trade-it. I then sold it on Ebay for £450:naughty: I did have it's major probs fixed first though!
