just sat in my PJ's and noticed a rash apparing on my arms, its like spots under my skin-yak! and its a bit red... and itches a little. anyone have a clue?
im thinking its stress, as ive got so many bad things going on i dont know where to look next, and also could be glandluar fever flaring up again.
i just dont know, help?

a friend of mine had that during graduation exams.
also I get a rash in my armpits when they're moist (like after showering) and I sleep with my arms bent (so there's no air getting to the pits)
maybe put on some general skin cream (is that the right term for it in english?) like nivea and wait a little.
for me this often works over night.
if it lasts you should go see a skin doctor though.
