I need a "business casual" look on Monday. I've limited it down to 2 choices... A just below the knee black flowing skirt with a pink black and white kind of retro fashioned top or something a bit more fancy, black pants, a red button up shirt with a black suit jacket. (the second is actually quite dress up looking)

    Hmm the 2nd one sounds a lot more 'businesslike' than the first, which sounds more fashionable. Spose it's hard to tell without actually seeing them though!
