    Reporting that it will cease and actual cessation are two vastly different things however. Bush is in league with Karimov for profit and there are plenty of Bush family cronies making use of the relationship.

    Don't fool yourself into thinking money doesn't move through back channels. We've got a long record of such dealings to look back upon.
