Recovery disks

My computer seems to be full to the brim with various crap, troujons etc. So I want to format it and reinstall Windows XP. But I dont think I got a god damn recovery disk, i have some really random disks but they don't seem to be the right ones.
Any one got any ideas?

    You could always go to www.bootdisk.com and get a winxp bootdisk, then when you have that you could format the pc....

    But if your unsure on how to do that i would recommend getting a friend to do it.

    Job done, borrowed a dell computer xp disk and put in my key code.
