msn problem ~ please help me!!

Ive just logged in to msn, and my smiles, and icons arent working, thecome up as the letters, dots and brackets.

Does anyone have any idaes why this is happening, and how i can get them back.... ive strted to re-download it .... but could take a while.


Please can any one help...?? * begs* plleaseee!! :crying:

    Your better off just re - installing the programme.

    There is a box you should tick in options somewhere. Couldn't tell you where though.

    its tools then go onto options, then click on messages then see if show emoticons in instant messages and the custom option is both ticked. then they should work

    it wasnt ticked, have ticked them now- still nothing!
