i got rather pissed off today and took my anger out on some large hard metal objects i fink i have dislocated my knuckle or sumthing cos i proper hurts and it looks demeneted does any 1 know how to fix it ?

    Go for an xray and see if it is damaged ?

    and next time hit something soft ;)

    its good to take out your frustration like that. i do that alot. however, methinks you should get it checked out :)
