Reflux???

I've seen the doctor a few times over this problem. You see, just below my heart, it feels kind of tightish but there's no pain... it's just a little hard to take a decent deep breath. Doctor says it's something to do with acid reflux and that my stomach makes to much acid. Someone else also said something it about it's where the acids comes up from your stomach and burns it or something and that's why it's a little hard to take deep breaths and it's a takes a week or so to properly heal.. I've got some Zolton, although I haven't started taking them... :/

Suggestions?

    avoid spicy food, sleep with your head higher than your stomach, cut down on your drinking...

    I think that may be the cause... Was drinking a LOT over Crimbo.
