I know how you feel. I've been feeling a little more down of late.

No matter how bad things seem, their never that bad. Think positive and don't let that "negative self talk" get the better of you (I know it's easy for me to say). Prozac won't cure you, you have to work with it and keep on working with it. Why not try and focus your energies on something productive and positive? Anything stressful you are doing... give it up for a bit or at least don't do to much of it at once. Talk to someone and just tell 'em how you feel. Might make you feel better. Stay off the booze for a bit as well.

    Hope you feel better soon!!

    Hey there
It's really hard to copew ith life's ups and downs and sometimes it just all feels like too much, even when there's no one thing you can pinpoint it on. There are always people who you can talk to confidentially for good advice, or just a listening ear.
