  under your profile (dunno what o/s ur on) should be show desktop under the Quick Launch under the Internet Explorer folder.
  
  i.e., if you were on win2000 pro it would be
  c:\documents and setting\*username*\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
  
  for win98 etc probably
  under c:\windows\profiles etc
  
  xp probably
  
  c:\winnt\profiles
