Yep.

Frequently my boyfriend or my mother suffer the consequences of those moods though, and after taking it out on them I feel greatly refreshed.

Yeah, I had one of these on Saturday night (actually most of Saturday now I think about it) and I just went to bed early so I didn't need to see anyone...
