Can someone help me please?...

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Can someone tell me (or tell me where I can find out):

1 - How much training lay magistrates have

2 - The hierarchy of criminal courts

3 - What a negative resolution procedure is.

Thanks.

have you tried doing your own research?!

theres plenty of search engines on the internet, and lots of books in the library.

http://www.obv.org.uk/magistrate/2003/faq.html - thats from just copying and pasting what you typed into yahoo.co.uk. pretty simple really, im not doing it all for you

So not only are you badly organised, when you do do your own research you can't be bothered putting much effort into it.

Fortunately, I know nothing about any of this, otherwise I'd feel obliged to be unhelpful.
