, I can hear how you're looking to put on weight and build your glute muscles. There's quite a few things that can influence weight when you're looking to build in a healthy way, but the big ones are usually nutrition, exercise, biology (e.g. hormones), and social factors (e.g. support from friends). Nutrition and exercise are the two that need reworking to align with you're trying to achieve so I'd look at those first. Are you using any tools/support to help you, or could you be speaking to someone who can look at these with you and help you? We're here to support you!
