Hello Everyone,

I'm writing this to let you know that next week will be my last at The Mix but I wanted to share how genuinely proud and moved I've been by all of you this past year.

Watching you grow, support each other, and find your voices on here has been such a privilege. I've felt so much warmth and inspiration from this community. You've taught me so much about how to listen and truly understand what young people experience today, and I'll carry those lessons with me always.

My new role is with another youth charity, and it's a chance for me to do more creative youth work, something I've wanted to explore for a while now.

I genuinely believe in each of you. You're all so much more capable than you sometimes realise. Please be kind to yourselves, continue to support each other, and remember to voice the things you believe in.

Before I leave, I'll be hosting a follow up to the change management session we had in February on Monday 24th March. Over these last few weeks I've been working hard to write up a report to pass on, which I will share with you ahead of the session. If you attended before I will send you an email this week with more information. If you would like to attend the next session, comment below and we'll be in touch.

Omg @ella Reading this I nearly cried because of how amazing you have been to both me and lots of people here as well. Your kind words and generosity has put a smile on my face everyday. I also want to thank you for doing the change management chat thing as well because it was important for us users to be able to have a day so in the changes here. I'm going to miss you lots and I will always remember you tons on here and the amazing work you do. I hope you are doing well right now and I'm always here too if you do need anything in the meantime. I can’t put it in words to describe how much we will miss you!! You’ve made such a positive difference in The Mix Community, and have shown so much dedication and passion. It’s has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you on here and seeing your name pop up!! It always makes me smile!! You’ll never be forgotten here, and you’ve truly brought so much light into The Mix!

Even though it’s so sad to hear you’re leaving, I’m so excited for your new journey, and I wish you the absolute very best! You deserve so much in life and I hope this new adventure brings you so many positive experiences!
