An update from me!❤️

Hey peeps, I’m just hopping online to give you all a little update on me,

I’m currently packing my bags to head back home to good ol’ New Zealand. Sadly, That means I’m trading in my Friday threads and group chats for a bit of home, sunshine, and probably way too many cheese rolls ..I’m obsessed. You still have me for a couple of weeks though, my last shift will be 12th Feb! 😊

I just want to say a massive THANK YOU thank you for all the laughs, the deep convos, and for trusting me with your thoughts, feelings, and the general chaos of life.

You lot have been absolute champs - Your resilience, honesty, and humour have been nothing short of inspiring, and I promise to carry that with me wherever I go.

You’ve taught me so much - like how to stay strong on the tough days, how to have a giggle even when things are a bit rough, and most importantly, that a cuppa and a good chat can fix just about anything (well, almost).

Even though I’m off for now, this isn’t necessarily a forever goodbye, who knows, once I’ve got my ducks in a row (or at least in the same pond), you might catch me hanging out around these parts again :)

Until then, keep being the absolute rockstars you are. Stay kind, stay strong, stay safe and most importantly.. stay groovy!

    Hey @Maia Im really sad to see this 😪, you've been an amazing mod, I really really have enjoyed friday support chat threads with you, you're super friendly, supportive and amazing in every single way. Im going to really miss you just like the others. You've also replied to multiple of my threads which have been amazing replies. You've been part of what's been getting me through these times along with the other amazing mods and members. I knew you were thinking about going to New Zealand but kind of forgot about it, now sad to hear that you'll be finishing off here. I feel a bit like crying, I have known you a few months but you've been amazing during all of that time, I have loved getting replies from you on my threads and loved friday support threads. It is devastating to see you leave but I truly wish the absolute best for you as its well deserved for your future in News Zealand you're obviously a wonderful person. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ and I will enjoy the last few threads with you ❤️ . I'll see you on Friday coming hopefully ❤️. Big hugs 💔. It would be great to see you return soon and who knows you might do. I wish you the best Maia regardless though ❤️.

    You’ve always been a shining light here. You’ve brought A LOT of happiness, laughter, and so much compassion. You never ever fail to bring smiles to our faces, and make our evenings so memorable. Whenever I see your name, my face just lights up so much, you’re a true LEGEND!! Your kindness, your support and who YOU are as a person, is SO admirable! You’re hardworking, and always go above and beyond every single time, when it comes to supporting this wonderful community as a mod. We’ll never ever forget you, and the true positive impact you brought to us here. I’m truly really proud of you, you’re so amazing!! Just keep on doing the beautiful things you do - you deserve the absolute world! Please stay safe, and have the best adventure and journey <3 You’re the person everyone wants in their lives! 🫂

    Maia im going to miss you tons on here. I know I haven't been as active on here as much as I normally do, but it wont be the same without you. I loved having our chats and our talks especially about surfing and capybara's too!. I even loved doing the group chats with you as well and you made me part of a lovely community. I wish you all the best in your future adventures and all the best in New Zeland. That sounds like a super long flight as well!. Your an amazing beautiful person, never forget that. <3 Also cheese rolls sound tasty, I got to say a cheese roll sounds nice right now haha I might have to go out and get some to have.

    I just wanted to take a moment to say how incredibly grateful I am for your kindness, support, and wisdom. Even though we haven’t known each other for long, every conversation with you has been uplifting—you have a way of always knowing exactly what to say to brighten someone’s day. Being part of my first support circle wouldn’t have been the same without you, and I only wish I had seen you more on the boards and in chats before you had to go.

    I’m truly sad to see you leave, but I know you’ll do amazing things back in New Zealand. You’ve made such a meaningful impact on this community, and I know I’m not alone in saying you’ll be deeply missed.
