Each year at The Mix HQ, we conduct an annual survey to help us better understand how our services are used, what you value most about them and how we can improve them.

The survey will take only about 5-10 minutes to complete and everything you say will remain confidential.

By completing the survey, you will also have a chance to win a £200 Amazon voucher :)
