Hello people! As promised there have been some tech upgrades to our chat platform, and we need you to help us make sure nothing is wrong with it before support groups return. :tongue:

So we're opening up two testing sessions:
  1. TODAY from 2:30pm - 3:30pm
  2. TOMORROW from 2:30pm - 3:30pm

All you need to do is come along, try and chat in the ways you usually would, and see if there are any issues we need to fix. Bonus points if you manage to successfully break something. ;)

Please also come along if you would just like to use the platform before support groups return. Nothing huge will have changed from your point of view (it's mostly techy stuff) but I know some of you folks like to try these things out before they properly launch because it's easier to process in advance.

I know this is late notice so if you know anyone who might be interested who might not see this, please drop them a DM or tag them below to help us spread the word. :)

    I think it should be pinned personally, I read all the pinned ones but might miss one if it isnt.

    I'll come along either today or tomorrow, if the mother in law stops talking for 5 mins this afternoon when she gets back loooool
