We're about to enter the new Premier League season kicking off tomorrow! ⚽️

Excitingly, I have set up a Mix Fantasy Premier League for you all to join! If you've never played Fantasy Football before, essentially you pick players from any club and you get points based on how those players perform across each gameweek over the next year of football! You don't have to know much about football, you can pick any players and hope for the best 🤓

Just a note on this - to keep yourself safe and protect your privacy, do head to your account details and remove your last name. You can add an initial for your last name or you could add a different name to your own. You could also just make your name match your account name here on the boards. :)

I will think of a prize on offer for the winner since it's a long haul - the league will finish in May 2025!.....

On that note, a HUGE well done to @Slinky who topped The Mix Fantasy Football League for the Euros!! A winner's badge is on its way to you shortly 🌟

    @Chloe234 Haha if you go to https://users.premierleague.com/accounts/manage/ - you should be able to login and you need to head to 'your account' or 'user profile' and then you should be able to find the button to 'update personal details' :)

    Hey @Chloe234! So you've chosen your initial 15 players. Each week, you select 11 players that'll score you points. You'll also be allowed to change players ("Transfers") during the season - if there's a player that want in your team, you can swap them for someone in your current team. The FPL site has guidelines on how transfers work which explains it quite well :)

    Two weeks in, and the competition is hot in The Mix league! Almost everyone posting triple-figure scores already is impressive, well done all!

    On another note, gutted to see United lose to Brighton the way we did :'(

    Hopefully they do better this season. I have heard about Marcus Rashford get a lot of hate, would good too see him preform like he used to and prove people wrong.

    I think just by looking at that, one is just a summary of all the original players you picked but then the other one are the 11 players actually "in use"

    Gemma is probably more summed up about that tho :p

    Not so brilliant for me haha, tbh I realised a bit after saying that I think it was the 5-0 game I was at, at old Trafford and I think in 2021, not been since.

    @Chloe234 you're right - so @Rose113 your first screenshot is your full team that you have picked, and you can choose to make one free transfer each week from this team if you'd like. If you don't make any transfers, your free transfers will roll over to the next gameweek (up to 5 free transfers).

    Your second screenshot is the team you have picked to play for that gameweek, so some of your players will be on the bench at the bottom of the screenshot. :)
