Heyya I’m Katie one of the chat moderators. This is actually my first time posting on the boards! It wouldn't let me post on the community announcements for some reason so I've settled for in here. I’ve been moderating the support and general group chats for nearly three years now. My only regret is that I didn’t start it sooner
You all have been so brave in coming to these chats and sharing whatever is on your mind, as well as allowing me to be a part of your journey. From the ridiculous jokes in general chat that genuinely had me giggling, to watching the support you gave your peers. You all have impacted my life and hold a special place in my heart.
So, I am very excited to share that I will be continuing my journey with The Mix and joining the staff team over on another one of their support services. Unfortunately, my new hours overlap with the times of the group chats so I’ll no longer be able to moderate these chats
I’m not making any promises but there may be the occasional Sunday shift I’ll pop into, but for now this is goodbye. Who knows I might see you around!
