Hello people! As previously announced by @ella and @Gemma, what used to be Thursday Support Circle is now a topic-specific support group, where the topic changes every week.

For our first session this Thursday, the topic will be family relationships

The format of this session will be the same as Support Chat (and you don't need to sign up!)
  • 8:00pm - 8:15pm | Opening round
  • 8:15pm - 9:20pm | Support time
  • 9:20pm - 9:30pm | Closing round

Any questions feel free to pop them below ⬇️

Will these take priority over SC or GC if one needs to be closed? (Just curious as ik this is the case for YCC and Circle)

Always with the good questions @Chloe234! This is an interesting one actually.

So for Thursdays, this would be the priority order (from highest to lowest):
    • Support Chat
    • General Chat
    • Themed Support Chat

So the Themed SC would be closed first in this case, because it's open to everyone and Support Chat is a good replacer, and we'd want to prioritise the most accessible spaces.

Oh I should say - it might not work out exactly like this in practice, because some moderators only mod specific kinds of chats, so there might be times for example when General Chat stays open but Support Chat stays closed (or some other combo).
