Hello Mixorians!
The Community Champions and I have been working on creating some new rank tiers for the discussion boards. We used to have bronze, silver, and gold, with these post counts:
One of the problems with this setup is that the spacing is very uneven. Once you hit Silver, you're waiting a looong time to get to Gold, if you ever get there at all (10k is a lot of posts!)
So we wanted to rejig the system to make sure there are new tiers to reach under 10k, and to make sure members who have very high post counts are rewarded with something extra special.
Here's what we came up with:

These designs aren't final. The Community Champions and I did what we could on this, but (as always) we'll be tweaking and updating this based on wider community feedback.
So please let us know your thoughts below - whether you like the new ranks or you think they could be improved in some way.

Some of the post counts have been adjusted for these new tiers, and a couple of new ranks have been added to even things out. Custom titles are now available to all.

I've tweaked the diamond colour to be a bit brighter. Had some feedback that it was too faint / looked like a highlighter (which is totally fair tbh)
Let me know what you think of it / if you think it needs changing again - open to all feedback!
It may just be the light blue on grey that doesn't work 🤔
Tbf diamonds aren't really blue lol, they're mostly clear (or beige apparently). But I see where you're coming from haha.
As much as I like coloured text, I really like this one!
