I have been having low moods a lot it comes randomly every day, when im in a low mood I dont wanna talk to anyone no interacting i dont wanna eat i just wanna sleep. I dont trust the people i live with and they wouldnt understand ive tried to explain it to them already.

I get how u feel and ik loneliness is such a shit feeling but we're all here for u!

I understand the not talking to people thing. Sometimes when I feel shit it feels like my mouth has been sewn shut because I really don't have the energy to even say 'hello' to someone. And I know it's a lot easier said than done but please try your best to be eating and sleeping well! Staying hydrated is also super important! I know it doesn't sound like much but it can really make a difference.

I dont trust the people i live with and they wouldnt understand ive tried to explain it to them already.

How come you don't trust them? Is there anyone else you could turn to like friends or a trusted teacher at school? You deserve lots of support and love! And I'm here if u wanna talk more about anything

I don't trust them because I've tried so many times and all the other times I've tried they ask questions and seem not to understand, get me someone professional to talk to on the phone or take me to a therapist when all I need is for them to just listen, but i end up leaving them confused or worried.
I have to best friends but I don't want to worry them or push them to far putting stress on them e.g.
I will try my best with eating.

Sorry to hear they don't understand and don't seem willing to support you. It's great to hear you have good friends though! It's ok to rely on them a little bit, I'm sure they'd hate to hear you're struggling and feel alone and would love to support you. I understand feeling like a burden though and not wanting to put too much stress on them. What's the support system like at your school? Maybe they could help u?

At my school its very complicated, I cant trust no adults there they will just report it to my adults, my adults will ask questions then its more likely it will turn into an argument. I've tried soo many times.
