How can you communicate that you've fallen for someone else while in a casual relationship?

Joining in on the topic of this month which is about friends with benefits and casual relationships. I've decided to create this thread.

Sometimes in casual relationships we can fall for someone else, so if you were in a casual relationship and liked someone new what would you do?

I think I'd just have to tell them tbh. Casual to me means no emotional connection so you'd hope they wouldn't mind too much. In reality, however, it'd probably go a bit differently haha.
